I also had an Xbox 360 fail. When I sent it in for repair, M$ didnt give me a new one, instead they gave me a refurbished console from 2006. It has already failed, and I have to repeat the process again.
The Xbox 360 was a gift, so as far as I know I cannot get my money refunded. Does anyone know of a way to get a refund for a defunct Xbox 360?
